Trustin Allah (Tawakkul): Surrender your worries and concerns to Allah, placing your trust in His guidance and mercy. Understand that everything is in His control, and He will provide solutions.

 Allah Almighty says in Quran:

فَإِِذاَ عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَکَّلْ عَلى اللٌّهِ اِنَّ اللٌّهَ يُحِـبُّ الْمُتَوَکِّلِيْنَ

“So when you have decided, then place your trust in Allah; surely Allah loves those who trust.”1


Seek refuge in prayer (Salah): Engage in regular prayer and supplication. Offering Salah helps in finding inner peace and tranquility, reducing the restlessness of the mind.

Remembering Allah (Dhikr): Engage in the remembrance of Allah through recitation of His names and seeking His forgiveness. This practice redirects your focus towards spirituality and away from negative thoughts.
